The Holy Family Sisters of the Needy

Serving with love to uplift the needy and protect life

The Holy Family Sisters of the Needy is a Religious Institute of Diocesan Right, in which the sisters pronounce public vows of chastity, poverty and obedience and dedicate themselves to apostolic work according to the universal law of the Church and the law of the Institute.

Besides the personal sanctification of the members through the observance of the religious vows, the Charism and aim of the Institute is to safeguard the rights of the unborn child and to rehabilitate the unmarried mothers; pastoral care to the poor and needy, to promote their sanctification and salvation, to alleviate their problems, hardships and hopeless human conditions.

The Apostolate of the Holy Family Sisters of the Needy is a practical expression of our mission and consecrated life. Rooted in the Gospel and guided by our constitution, we dedicate ourselves to the service of God and humanity, especially the poor, the suffering, and the vulnerable members of society.
